There are several camps every year and are a highlight in ECHO's calendar. The venue and program is different each time and usually include some 'adventure' activities as well. These events are well attended and team spirit is a key ingredient. |

The youngsters are encouraged to be involved in the planning and preparation and expected to be fully involved in the running of various activities. For newcomers, this is often the first time they have been asked to take responsibility for other people. A volunteer team is in charge of catering, a big job when several dozen hungry teenagers, who have been outside all day, are involved! |
