Crisis care is an important component when working with youth at risk and families who are struggling. People under pressure often respond unpredictably and need help straight away.

Frequently involved right from the outset, we liaise with other agencies, assess the situation and provide crisis care until the appropriate authorities take over.

It doesn't always end there however. When court appearances are involved, it is not uncommon to find ECHO personnel alongside the family, providing help and support at this most difficult time.
