Youth culture evolves rapidly and dates quickly. To remain relevant to the current generation our programs and activities are constantly under review. In 2011 we have adopted the theme 'Navigating Change'. Our core direction is unchanged 'to help young people find a hope that lies beyond themselves'; our strategy is similar but expressed differently 'to help young people believe that they are the difference makers' but the way we achieve this has been updated yet again.

The programs and activities have been reviewed and refreshed and there is greater emphasis on training and equipping than ever before. We are helping these teenagers recognise and respond to greater needs in families and communities generally, especially in the wake of recent world events.
